• Service Not Rendered: If Legal Yojana fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified time frame, and no substantial work has been completed, you may be eligible for a full refund.

• Client Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the service before any substantial work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the deduction of any administrative fees or costs incurred by Legal Yojana up to that point.

• Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of service completion. Legal Yojana will review your concerns and, at our discretion, may issue a partial refund, may not issue a refund if we have completed service without any errors at our end, or offer to rectify the issues at no additional cost.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Completed Services: Once a service has been fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

• Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable, as the consultation itself constitutes the service.

• Court Fees and Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid to courts, government agencies, or third parties on your behalf are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Review Process: Legal Yojana will review your request and may contact you for additional information. Please allow up to 14 business days for the review process.

3. Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
